Payment
Payment terms are as stated in the offer and invoice. Payments, including prepayments, must be made no later than the date specified in the agreement/offer as the due date.
If a prepayment is not made on time, Stykka is entitled, at its own discretion, either to cancel the order or to withhold delivery.
The buyer has no right of withdrawal and therefore cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
Changes to an order before delivery can only be made with Stykka’s approval.
Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned or refunded.
The buyer is not entitled to offset any part of the purchase price unless the counterclaim is acknowledged in writing by Stykka.
Delivery and delays
Delivery times may vary, but are typically 10–12 weeks. Delivery is made to the delivery address stated in the agreement. If there is a stoppage, restriction, or delay in operations at Stykka or Stykka’s suppliers, Stykka is entitled to postpone the order as necessary. Stykka will notify the buyer as soon as possible whether and when delivery will take place. Delayed delivery – regardless of the cause – does not entitle the buyer to compensation or a reduction in the purchase price.
Delivery by external carrier is considered completed when the goods have been unloaded at the agreed delivery location, at which point the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. If the buyer or their representative is present at the time of delivery, the goods will be placed where directed. Stykka accepts no liability in this regard. If no one is home, the goods will be placed outside in the most suitable location at the address, after which any risk of damage, theft, or other issues is the buyer’s responsibility. It is therefore the buyer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive the delivery. Stykka accepts no liability if this is not the case.
Assembly and installation
Stykka plinths must be adjusted in height during assembly to compensate for uneven floors. Stykka is not responsible for uneven floors or their adjustment.
Walls must be vertical and even with a tolerance of ±3 mm per 2 meters.
For corner solutions, walls must be perpendicular with a tolerance of ±3 mm per 2 meters.
Room dimensions and tolerances

Warranty
Limited product warranty valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The warranty is void in cases of incorrect installation, improper use, or lack of maintenance.
Compatibility
Stykka products are designed to fit most standard household appliances. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility using Stykka’s appliance guide.
The buyer is also responsible for precise cutouts in the cabinetry, e.g., around cooktops.
Material properties and product tolerances
Wood and veneer are natural materials and may therefore vary in color, structure, and appearance. Such variations are not considered defects.
Color variations: Minor differences may occur between production batches.
Surfaces: Backing paper may vary in appearance.
Wood and veneer: Knots, grain, and texture differences are natural characteristics.
Joint details: Small variations in joints may occur. ±1 mm should be expected.
Veneer and linoleum: Thickness and structure may vary depending on the material.
Door adjustment: A tolerance of ±1.5 mm should be expected.
Maintenance
The buyer is encouraged to follow Stykka’s maintenance guide to ensure the durability and functionality of the product over time.
Electrical, plumbing, and room conditions
Connection of electrical appliances, water installations, and drains must be carried out by authorized professionals. Stykka accepts no liability for errors or damage resulting from unauthorized installation.
Acceptance of terms
By completing a purchase as a private customer, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions.
